Refund Policy

At Tressly, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Process:

  1. Contact our support team at support@tressly.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

  3. After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects cannot be refunded.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us immediately — we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.
